We don't have a flagship whisky per se, but a corn-dominant batch with old rye as the secondary grain is the closest thing we have to a core release. Having spent the last year establishing the High Altitude Collection, it is exciting to release an 18 year, 129.8 proof Batch composed of 91% corn, 8% rye and 1% malted barley that embraces old corn aged in new wood.
Vibrant wood sugars, lovely baking spice and striking vanillin character create a flavor profile most similar to Batch 002, arguably the most important whisky we ever made.
